Shipping Costs
UK Mainland Delivery Charges:
Dresses - £10 each (includes insurance up to £50)
3 or more dresses to same address (to value £300+) - free shipping (includes insurance up to £50)
Accessories and "Inspirations for . . ." items do not attract additional delivery charges.

Please note: If you wish to insure any items in transit with a value greater than £50, please purchase shipping insurance from the Special Add-Ons section of the website.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
Overseas Delivery Charges
We can accept orders from most overseas addresses, however you will need to contact us first. Please email our sales team enquiries@inspirationsforalloccasions.co.uk for confirmation. Please note that Inspirations are not responsible for any customs charges at the destination port and any charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please contact your local customs office for further information on customs duty.
Delivery
Whilst we aim to have your dress order delivered to you within 4 - 6 weeks from payment clearing, there may be circumstances outwith control which may cause delay, you should allow 12 weeks for delivery.
Orders are despatched only when complete. If you request a partial or split order despatch, an additional postal charge will be incurred.Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days following the date of delivery. However, the statutory seven (7) day “cooling off” period applicable in respect of many products/goods that are available for purchase on the Internet (by virtue of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and related/ancillary legislation) does not apply in respect of any of our Garments that are custom-made and/or manufactured according to your own personal specifications (or otherwise clearly personalised for you or at your request). This therefore means that any custom-made products cannot be returned to Inspirations for an exchange or refund. Custom made refers to: (a) any dresses made to exact measurements or personalised in any way, and (b) any custom-made products made to specific customer requirements (including Crysalis Design tiaras).
Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of your custom-made dress, although in most cases delivery will take approximately 4 - 6 weeks. Please that the more embroidery and/or detail a dress has, the longer it will take to make and you should consider this when making your choice. For other personalised items you should allow 2 - 4 weeks.
Returns
Internet Transactions:

For other items, you must contact us at enquiries@inspirationsforalloccasions.co.uk within this timescale for a Return Authorisation E-Mail. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty days of cancellation.
All our bridal wear is checked to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects. Should you find any damage, you must notify us in writing (by email, with photographic evidence) within seven days of the merchandise being received. You must contact us at enquiries@inspirationsforalloccasions.co.uk within this timescale for a Return Authorisation E-Mail. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. We will issue a refund against the bridal wear acknowledged by us to be faulty minus the postage/shipping costs, providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase to be made within thirty days of notice.
If you do not contact Inspirations for a Return Authorisation E-Mail, you will be subject to an administration charge of 30% of the total cost of your order.
If you are returning an item for a refund, the return cost will be borne by you.
If you are required to return any item to Inspirations, the package must be postmarked within seven days from requesting a Return Authorisation E-Mail. Inspirations will not refund any returns that are postmarked past the seven days and will return your products to you.
If authorised to return any merchandise, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to:

Your return parcel must be clearly marked "Returned Goods" and must include any delivery note that was shipped with your order and indicate clearly your reason for return.
If instructed to return an item, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to Inspirations.
Return Authorisation E-Mail:
A Return Authorisation must be requested by email. This e-mail is used by Inspirations to process returns. When you return any item you must include the Order Reference number in your return package.
Physical Condition:
All items must be returned with original packaging including any hangers and protective covering in an unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered condition with any original hanging straps, labels still attached and uncut. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to you or a 50% administration charge deducted from your refund. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked) are not refundable. Please treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it.
If items received are damaged in any way and the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, you must keep the original postage packaging and email us at enquiries@inspirationsforalloccasions.co.uk. A refund can only be provided once we have received the damaged goods and packaging and all investigations have been completed.
The cost of the return of any merchandise must be at the sender's expense
